Kerry

Killarney National Park was Ireland's first national park, built around a gift of land to the state in 1932, and combines lakes, oak woodland and mountain scenery within a short walk of Killarney town. The Ring of Kerry, a signposted 179km driving route around the Iveragh Peninsula, is the county's best-known touring road, and the Skellig Islands — including the early monastic site on Skellig Michael — sit further out in the Atlantic off the Iveragh coast.
